We act as a Data Controller when collecting and processing personal information relating to businesses and individuals who create and manage Reviewed accounts. This includes subscription, billing, and platform usage data.
We act as a Data Processor when Users upload or transmit customer information through Reviewed. In these circumstances:
Users may upload or generate customer data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, communication history, and publicly available review content. Reviewed processes this data solely to deliver messaging and automation services. Users are responsible for ensuring lawful data collection and customer consent.
We may automatically collect IP address, device type, browser type, access timestamps, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, and platform interaction behaviour via tools including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Reviewed uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, store user preferences, analyse platform performance, and improve Service usability. Both session cookies and persistent cookies may be used. For full details, see our Cookies Policy.
Processing required to provide the Reviewed Service, including account creation, messaging delivery, and subscription management.
Processing required to maintain platform security, improve product performance, and prevent misuse or fraud.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring communications sent using Reviewed comply with applicable electronic marketing laws, including UK GDPR, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and international messaging laws where applicable.
Reviewed does not verify customer consent obtained by Users.
Reviewed uses the following trusted sub-processors to operate the Service and provide connected features:
Several of these providers are based outside the UK and may process personal data in the United States.
Some sub-processors process or store personal data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where international transfers occur, Reviewed protects those transfers using appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, where required by Applicable Data Protection Law.
Reviewed is a business-focused SaaS platform intended for commercial use. Users must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of a business. Reviewed is not designed for use by minors.
If Reviewed undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. Any acquiring entity will be required to continue protecting personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
