Acceptable Use Agreement

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing how users may access and use the Reviewed platform and services. Reviewed is operated by Ellis Elrick and Olly Mitchell, trading as Reviewed.

Reviewed is designed to help legitimate businesses communicate with their existing customers through review follow-up and customer communication automation.

Users must use Reviewed:

• Lawfully and ethically
• In accordance with applicable messaging regulations (PECR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• With respect for recipient privacy and consent

You must not use Reviewed to:

• Send spam — unsolicited commercial messages to individuals without valid consent
• Violate laws — breach telecommunications regulations, data protection laws, or anti-spam legislation
• Harass or abuse — send threatening, offensive, or defamatory messages
• Fraudulent activity — impersonate others, create fake reviews, or engage in deceptive practices
• Transmit malware — send viruses, malicious links, or harmful code
• Unauthorised access — attempt to access other users’ accounts or the platform’s systems
• Scrape or extract data — use automated tools to harvest platform data
• Resell services — redistribute access to Reviewed without authorisation

5.1 SMS Compliance

When sending SMS messages via Reviewed, you must:

• Have clear, documented consent from recipients
• Include your business name or identity
• Provide opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”)
• Honour opt-out requests immediately
• Not send messages to numbers on Do Not Call registries (where applicable)
• Comply with country-specific SMS regulations

5.2 Email Compliance

When sending emails via Reviewed, you must:

• Include accurate header information (From, To, Reply-To)
• Use a clear, non-deceptive subject line
• Identify the message as an advertisement if commercial
• Include your physical business address
• Provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism
• Process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days

All content sent via Reviewed must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not contain adult content, violence, or hate speech
• Comply with advertising standards and consumer protection laws

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to benchmark or develop competing products
• Overload or disrupt platform systems
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices

Reviewed reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, block or filter non-compliant messages, and report violations to relevant authorities.

If you believe someone is violating this Policy:

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
