Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Reviewed platform and services. Reviewed is operated by Ellis Elrick and Olly Mitchell, trading as Reviewed.

By creating an account or using the Reviewed platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Reviewed is a software platform that allows businesses to automate customer follow-up communications via SMS and email and analyse related engagement activity.

Reviewed provides administrative and automation tools only. Reviewed does not guarantee customer response rates, review outcomes, or business performance results.

Business Use and Eligibility

The Service is intended for commercial use by businesses and authorised business representatives. By using Reviewed, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You are authorised to represent and act on behalf of the business
All registration information you provide is accurate and up to date
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorised access
Ensuring only authorised users access your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You must use Reviewed in accordance with our Acceptable Use Agreement. Prohibited activities include:

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
Violating telecommunications regulations
Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Using the service for illegal or harmful purposes

Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

Reviewed operates on a subscription basis. Plan details and pricing are available at revieweditapp.com.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At trial end, your subscription begins and payment is charged unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Data Processing and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

You retain all rights to customer data you input into the system. We process this data solely to provide the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Reviewed and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms
Your account shows fraudulent or illegal activity
We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and your data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
