Our Role Under Data Protection Law
2.1 Reviewed as Data Controller
We act as a Data Controller when collecting and processing personal information relating to businesses and individuals who create and manage Reviewed accounts. This includes subscription, billing, and platform usage data.
2.2 Reviewed as Data Processor
We act as a Data Processor when Users upload or transmit customer information through Reviewed. In these circumstances:
- The User remains the Data Controller
- Reviewed processes customer data only to provide the Service
- Users are responsible for ensuring lawful processing of their customer data

3.1 Information Provided by Users
- Full name
- Business name and contact details
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Login credentials
- Billing and subscription information
- Message templates and communication content
- Customer contact lists uploaded by Users
- Platform usage and performance analytics
3.2 Customer Information Uploaded by Users
Users may upload or generate customer data including names, email addresses, phone numbers, communication history, and publicly available review content. Reviewed processes this data solely to deliver messaging and automation services. Users are responsible for ensuring lawful data collection and customer consent.
3.3 Automatically Collected Technical Information
We may automatically collect IP address, device type, browser type, access timestamps, referring URLs, cookie identifiers, and platform interaction behaviour via tools including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Reviewed does not verify customer consent obtained by Users.

Reviewed uses trusted third party providers to operate the Service:

Age and Business Use
